FAQ for classes

Our classes will be heated approximately 90 degrees Fahrenheit during class. All classes are heated unless specified if they are not.

We’re so excited you would like to try your first pilates or yoga class with us! Please review the new student 101 guide to ensure you are prepared for class.

Yes, we offer mat rentals for $5 per mat. We also offer towel rentals for $3 or bundle for $7. You can pick up a rental when you enter the studio, or reserve a rental ahead of time online or via the app.

We have 2 bathrooms in the studio, which can be used to change before class. We do not have showers available at the studio, so please prepare accordingly.

• We ask that you try to arrive early so that you can relax and prepare for class before it starts. We have a 5 minute grace period if you are running late. If you arrive to class after this period, we will not be able to let you into the studio because we do not want to disrupt the class flow.

• If you are a new student, please plan on arriving 10 minutes before class so we can show you around the studio.

• To reserve a spot in class, you can purchase from our monthly or class pack options on our website.

• If you need to change your reservation, please do so at least 12 hours before class to avoid a late cancellation fee. (For example, if the class you booked is at 7AM you will need to cancel by 7PM the day before to avoid a late fee). This gives us enough time to fill your spot with another interested member.

• You must cancel your class either on the website, or on the app.

• If you cancel less than 12 hours before your class, you will be charged $15.

• If you no show to class, you will be charged $20.

• If you sign up for a 3 month membership rate, you are committed to an automatic recurring membership for 3 months. After 3 months, your membership renews on a month to month basis at the same price. If you wish to cancel your membership after your 3 month commitment you must give 28 days written notice prior to your renewal date by emailing info@lumawellnessstudio.com.

• If you signed up for a month to month membership rate, you can cancel anytime with 28 days notice. You must give written notice 28 days prior to your renewal date to cancel your membership by filling out this form or by emailing info@lumawellnessstudio.com.

• Monthly memberships, will auto renew and charge to your card on file every 28 days.

• By purchasing a re-occuring membership, you are authorizing LUMA Wellness Studio to automatically charge your card or bank account on file with your account on a recurring monthly basis. If your payment fails to process, your booking capabilities will be frozen and/or cancelled until payment is received.

• Membership credits DO NOT rollover to the next month.

• Our 5 class packs are valid for 60 days post purchase date.

• Our 10 class packs are valid for 90 days post purchase date.

• If you need to cancel or reschedule a class you booked using your class pack, please do so at least 12 hours before your class start time.

• If you cancel your class less than 12 hours before the start time you will be charge a late cancellation penalty of $15, but you will not lose your class credit.

• If you no show to class, you will be charged a no-show penalty of $20, but you will not lose your class credit.

We offer the option to freeze your membership for up to 2 months per calendar year. Freezes are available in 30-day increments and there is a $30 fee per month while your membership is on a freeze. Freezes require at least 72 hours notice and you must email info@lumawellnessstudio.com

Please note that you cannot cancel your membership on a membership freeze. 

During the freeze, you won’t be billed and your access to classes will be paused. Once the 30-day freeze ends, your billing will automatically resume where you left off. This means you're not paying for time you're not using—your membership simply picks up where it left off before the freeze.

Our 4x,8x, and 12x memberships receive 1 guest pass per billing period.

Our Unlimited VIP membership receives 2 guest passes per billing period.

To book your friend using your guest pass please use the Momence app.

The date your guest attends class is the billing period it falls under, not the date you booked the class. Please check your billing period date under the Momence app > subscription.

Guest cannot be added to a class waitlist.

Yes, you must be 18+ years old in order to attend a class or receive a spray tan.
