Flow, Focus and Vision

Join us on Sunday, January 11th at 11:30am for a thoughtfully curated New Year experience designed to help you reset, reflect, and intentionally set the tone for the year ahead.

 We’ll begin with a non-heated Feel Good Flow, a grounding yoga class focused on gentle movement, breath, and creating space—both physically and mentally. From there, we’ll transition into a 45-minute Vision Board Workshop led by Daily Dopamine, where you’ll map out your goals, intentions, and dreams for 2026.

 This is your moment to pause, tune inward, and create a visual roadmap for the year you’re stepping into.
