This one-hour workshop is designed for yogis who are new to arm balancing and want to build the strength, control, and confidence to take flight.
We’ll begin with a condensed power vinyasa flow to warm up the body, activate the core, and prepare key muscle groups. Then we’ll dive into the fundamentals of arm balancing with time dedicated to learning and refining beginner-friendly arm balances
This workshop is ideal for students who have a consistent yoga practice and are ready to explore new challenges.
